My Elite Dumbell Workout

Here is my dumbell workout for gaining mass / muscle whatever you wanna call it.

Its not perfect but its not too bad.

I only have access to one set of dumbells and I have to change the weights accordingly.

I do this beast 3 maybe 4 times a week.

I am open to any advice on how good or crap my workout is.

Incline Bench Press - sometimes will do decline or normal ones, mainly incline though as I have a weedy upper central chest.

Pullover - Need to expand that Ribcage!

Weighted Shrugs - Not too sure about this one, I tried them the other day and they hit my traps hard so thinking of having them in my workout.

Bent over row - need to pump those lats out.

Side Bends - just so I have a torso workout.

Incline Chest Flies - Again, mainly incline because I have a weedy upper central chest.

Tricep Extentions - No comment.

Shoulder press - When I can do these heavy enough I hopefully can do handstand push ups :D

Upright Rows - Good Exercise

Curls - Make your hair curly.

Squats - Not too bothered about having weedy legs thats why I only have this leg exercise.

Lying leg raises - These will move on to weighted lying leg raises.

Also I will try to incorporate pull-ups and push ups into my exercise in the future.
