I think im on a platoue?

ok, hes the quick down low. I was about 280lbs last november. I am now 250lbs as of feb.1. ok, my target weight is about 200lbs, am i think im stuck here? I am about to start restience training and HIIT traning, will this help me get past 250 and start going down to 200 rapedly?
 
Weight training and HIIT training will definitely help, but what's also important are your eating habits. Have these changed?
 
Breakfast:
usualt like a poptart or something fast

Mid-morning:
i put some grapes, nuts, dried fruit in a bag to eat

Lunch:
Some type of cold cuts/bread and apple or peach or a fruit

Afternoon:
A shake with fat-free yogurt and fruit (+ the protein powder)

Dinner:
Read meat or Chicken
Veggies and usualy some type of starch ( marrconie amd such)


I mean that varies normaly but thats pretty much the backbome of my diet.
Routiness: im still trying to collect info and develope a full body routine.
 
First off, don't mess up breakfast. A poptart is just not gonna work, its all processed sugary junk. You need to get a good protein, and for me, some oats works great. Either way, a nice 500 calorie meal with protein and carb is needed.

Also, for losing weight, you want to watch carbs. Yes, you need them, but I would be careful having bread with the sandwich AND macaroni for dinner. Those carbs aren't going to have a chance to be burned up throughout the day. It seems like you need more protein, and more healthy fats. Take any fish oil? Cook any food with olive oil?
