I also think that you may have a reeally subtle digestive thing going on. Nice but it looks like you have either a reeally tiny protein bloat, or maybe are just slightly undernourished giving you ( also subtlely ) a malnutrion bulge. It 's pretty easy to rectify but I woould probably have another look at what I'm eating and drinking. It coould be as simple as an additional carb and hot fluid or some watermelon at night and some hot water occassionally on it's own.
Now that I sound waaay overcritical, i am going to return a workout of my own.
