need workouts that don't use back

I pulled my lat and i need some ideas for workouts that don't use my back so i can recover but still workout. thanks!

btw i really want a ab workout if possible
 
that's probably ALL you can do, besides leg work.

lats stabilize during all pressing movements, and are primary movers in all pulling movements.

what's the doctor say about how long you gotta stay off the back exercises?
