arm definition when not working out???

Ok so when ever i am not lifting or doing a sport or some kind of physical activity, my arms have no definition. The muscle just seems to hang over my arm. Here are some pics below to see what im talking about. I know my arms wont be as big as when I'm working out, but how do you get that constant flexing look?

honestly bro, that big bicep look doesnt come easy. Aside from bulking then doing a cut cycle that only advice i can give u is work on your triceps to compliment(right word?) your biceps, also whats your bicep routine?
 
i do a full body 3x a week and for biceps i do barbell curls, dumbbell curls, and cable curls(not sure what these are called). Almost everyone i see has that constant flexing look, so i am wondering why my biceps are not flexed at all when im not working out.
 
First off, that is way too many bicep exercises for a full body session, stick with compound exercises with rows, pull-ups, etc and bulk up - the rest will come with it.
 
You're just being a crazy person. If "almost everyone" has that constant flexed look, it's because they're constantly flexing..or they're extremely muscular and shredded. Just keep at it and relax on this one. ^_^
