Hi I have three pic uploaded on here, first one is when i was going to gym for 4monthes which was last year then i stopped all the way to summer, which that was last summer, there is a pic i gained weight alot so after summer i started to jog they are in order.

seeing i gained weight i decided to lose weight and i started jogging and at the moment recent pic of me is below.



so at the moment am paranoid cos i look skinny, i wanted my packs to show but they aint, so that means i have to lose more wright ? and i wana tone up and what do i need to do, eat junk food to bulk up or lift weights ?

I am 21 years old and i used to be 82KG but now i am 70KG

Do not eat Junk Food just to 'bulk up' at least i do not believe in harming your body just to get bigger...It makes no sense to me

eat healthy foods and at the same time do some weights you'll see results much faster then cardio alone
 
if u want to be lean and ripped, u gotta drop some more bf% , lotta cardio and weight lifting, and most important is ur diet....

if u wanna gain muscle and look more bulky, then its time to bulk, but u dont ever wanna eat junk food, cuz that kinda eating wwont put on the weight u want. u wanna put on lean mass, and eating junk food will not cut it.... u need to be alot! alot! alot!....but of tuna, chicken, turkey, fishes, oatmeals, maybe some penut butters, skim milk, protein shakes/bars, whole wheat bread, high protein low fat foods.

and start ur weight training with a standard split routine...
mon -chest
wed- biceps/back
fri-triceps/shoulders
sat-legs

so how much fat i need lose ? i am 70kg right now, what is the fat lose for a nice firmer and toner body 60kg ? or
 
You don't need to loose weight, you need to gain muscle! Eat clean, lift heavy. Read the weight training stickies and get started lifting.
 
what ability do you guys think i have ? and how do you rate my lastpic in the very bottom, fit or toned ?
