i was lifting at school with my friend and we did rows . he did @200 3x8 rows. i asked him how long he was rowing and he said he doesnt row; all he does for back is chinups/deadlifts. : O so since i really like chins a lot more than rows, why are rows actually that important? is a mix of chins and rows the best b/c i want to specialize in chins/pulls
