I tried it once, but used too much weight and couldn't btn press it back up...although my pressing has gotten way better since then...hmmmm
 
if your using it for muscle building then i cant see the point,any weight you can press behind neck or infront is not going to be enough to give your legs a good workout,why not just do a squat,a press,a clean, and use more weight.

unless you want to use it for endurance.
 
Personally, I think it is a great workout - it incorporates basically all of the muscle groups especially if you add in a bent over row at the beginning :) The best part is seeing the looks on other people's faces at the gym when you are doing it though.. :)

I agree with this, it would be more training for the energy systems than the muscles really.
 
cutting is just about eating less. id say probobly a conditioning thing. ive never tried it, but i can tell you will be exhausted. Use this and get you're body able to take the beating.
 
meh. when cutting i prefer to lift heavy so i actually keep some muscle, instead of going on those "super burning" routines.
