I have decided that i dont want to bulk up anymore and try to lift as much as i can. Now i want to cut down on the fat. Right now im 5'11" - 6' and i weigh 230. So i was wondering wat are some good things to do to loose weight fast. Can i still take protein shakes? i want to try to stay away from diet pills because of the side affects. i was thinking of this shake a buddy of mine takes a product of theirs called no xplode and he saw amazing results so im interested in their products.
