Christi,
First off, the hair looks good. Second, I've read back through some of your posts and am wondering if you've made your fitness goals known to your friends and family. There was one day when you mentioned your Dad brought you food from your favorite mexican restaurant. Have you discussed with your folks and friends how important this is to you and how you would like their support and encouragement? Maybe if you bring them into the loop they'll be more conscious of what types of food they offer to bring you or more conscious of the places they go with you to eat. It might just be one less distraction from the difficulty of staying on track. I know how difficult it is to get back into the fitness lifestyle. I sat around for more than 5 years feeling sorry for myself, mad that I couldn't work out the way I wanted and eat the way I wanted. I sat around, drank beer probably 3-4 nights per week and ate everything in the house. There were many times I would eat well for 3-4 days but 8-9 beers later I was back on the track to self destruction. 12 days ago, when I heard myself blame someone else for me being overweight and out of shape I pretty much hit rock bottom. I couldn't believe I was letting myself be the victim. At that point I decided I was going to change things. But, I had to get to that low point 1st before I became serious about changing my lifestyle back to what I knew it should be. Just a thought that enlightening those around you might help you stay focused and committed. Keep up the good work and you know we'll support you here no matter what. Good luck girl, keep it going. Greg
P.S. - did you get your workout in today? If so, what did you work and how did you feel?
