Recommendations?

I've recently lost quite a bit of weight and there's still some fat scattered around, most noticeably the stomach area. Right now I'm considering on whether I should concentrate on burning some more fat off and buffing up as a secondary, or to concentrate on buffing up and putting in cardio on free days.

Any suggestions? My main goal is to buff up more, without gaining much more fat, so I'm sort of iffy on increasing the calorie intake for training or reducing a bit more fat before doing so.

The first picture is the camera actually pointed at me so you can see more accurate size, the other two are mirror shots so its a bit smaller than I actually am (not too big of a difference though).

You are pretty lean and to see ribs without seeing a lot of muscle definition means you don't have much muscle to speak off. Get on a good bulking program, I recommend this article to start with Testosterone Nation - The Truth About Bulking
and maybe after that get the book scrawny to brawny

Man lol, you need to seriously put some muscle on, then i would advise cutting after you have dont that. You actually look quite skinny plus you wont see fat as much if you have more muscle definition.

Thanks for the help so far everyone. I figured that bulking up would be the best path to take now, I've been making adjustments to my routines and diet.

theleip, thanks for the article and book recommendation, I'm checking up on them right now.
