How to gain weight?

Can anyone give advice on gaining weight please?
I am a 48 year old male, eat a well balanced diet, reasonably fit, cycle 30 to 40 miles per week, play squash 2 or 3 times a week, do country walks every other weekend. I have weighed 10st ish since I was a teen, but since starting a new job a year ago, which involves a lot more manual work than my previous job, my weight has dropped to 9st 5lbs. Ideally I would like to weigh around 10st 7lbs, don't know if this is too much to ask, but is this possible. Thanks for any advice.

Eat more, add weights, and run/cycle/cardio less. ;)
