Hey guys! Ok for a little under a month now, ive been training better.
MWF: I do cardio in the morning (either jogging/speed walking or kickboxing(taebo) for 30-45 mins. Then that after noon around 4 or 5 I do upper body training:::Bench, Incline Bench, Flys, Lateral Pull downs, and curls.
T/Th/Sat: Cardio (30-45 mins) and Abs
Sun: OFF
I'm starting low on the weights since its been a while. Right now, I do:::
Bench/Incline/Flys : 60 lbs...4 sets of 8-10 reps
Lateral Pulldowns: 40lbs 4 sets of 12 reps(the bench at home only has enough space on the bar for that much...at school I can do much more)
Does this sound ok? When is it safe to upgrade the weight and by how much? I'm still technically new at this since i had no real guidance before.
Diet is a big thing for me right now, where im at my parents home while on break from school its harder to manage my diet. I'm trying not to deprive myself too much, because that always causes me to burn. I'm currently 6'3" and like 245 and I wanna get down to about 200. I'm not looking to get real buff, just fit looking. I just have a problem staying motivated. Thanks for any input!
