I currently weight train 3 nights a week and focus mainly on my upper body. Since starting to improve my fitness I have lost 3 stone and am currently at a comfortable weight.
However, even though I am comfy with my current weight, I am carrying excess weight on my chest

Basically, the workout I am currently doing isn’t really doing anything about this, and I would like to ask if anyone can suggest an exercise that will allow me to cut weight from this area.
Is it best to focus on building muscle with heavy reps or concentrate on doing more, lighter reps?
