should i have days off when im trying to lose wieght?

Definitly take days off. You're going to overtrain, possibly injure yourself and start burning lean muscle if you don't let your body recover! I would allow at LEAST 2 days a week to rest. maybe weight train 3 days with a little cardio, cardio only on 2 days, and rest for 2 days...
 
Agreed - muscle isn't built in the gym, it's built when you rest the muscle and allow it to recover. Overtraining doesn't allow that, which will at best hinder your progress, or at worst lead to (serious) injury.
 
Sleep is an underrated component of both training and weight loss. As is hydration come to think of it.

You should definitely cycle your training, and not just because of the physiological benefits of recuperation, but also the boredom factor.
If you just keep working out with no rest, you are likely to reach a saturation point.
