Doing Chest and Biceps same day

Is there anything wrong with doing Chest and Biceps on the same day? Someone told me your should only do chest with tricepts but I tried that and once I'm done doing my tricepts my chest is so tired I cant even finish any of my chest sets and end up benching half what I can do if i didn't do tricepts.
 
well what i do is i make one day for chest cuz i work out 5 days a week and i make my last day since u pretty much work arms all week i make like my last day all arms that way u get a good arm workout and your not burned out!
 
This is My current routine

Saturday: Biceps & Chest

Sunday:
Rest

Monday: Legs & Abs

Tuesday: Tricepts & Back

Wensday: Shoulders, Forearms

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Rest
 
Compute, it just depends....sometimes I will train chest and triceps on the same day when I really want to exhaust both groups of muscles--I make sure that I use exercises that will work both groups.

Other times, I want to make sure I get a good workout in just one of those areas. For example, I may want to really work on my chest because it is lagging behind, so I just do primary chest exercises and do my tricep training on a bicep day.

Also, keep in mind, that the shoulders are also involved with a lot of chest and tricep exercises, so if you also train shoulders on the same day, exercises like bench press are really going to suffer....
 
compute - If you do triceps on tuesday, then they will not be up to 100% for your shoulder workout on Weds.

Your also working your triceps 3times a week and your biceps once.

I like to do
day 1 - chest/lats
day 2 - Legs core
day 3 - rest
day 4 - shoulders/traps
day 5 - rest

I find that 2on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off works best for me. The after doing that 3 times I have 3 days solid rest.
 
Sounds like a lot of isolation before compound exercises as well. Make sure that you hit the compounds hard at the beginning of your workout and finish them off at the end with some isolation work.
