hello,
my full body workout consists of:
squat
bench press
dead lift
bent over row
shoulder press
upright row
tricep pushdown
bicep curl
I would like to add 3 or 4 sets of 3-5 of regular cleans without the squats between the Deadlift and Bent over row.
Should i add it or is it to many excercises?
