Cardio question

I'm trying to cut, and here's my workout schedule:

Mon - Beginner HIIT session in the morning
Tue - Weight lifting
Wed - Beginner HIIT session in the morning
Thur - Weight lifting
Fri - Beginner HIIT session in the morning
Sat - Weight lifting
Sun - off

What I need to know is how much cardio to do on days I'm lifting.
 
I think I'm just going to throw away my specific goals and just say that my goal is to cut until I'm 230... no time frame, and I'm 254 right now. Since I started doing the HIIT, I cut back from an hour of SS Cardio after lifting to just 20 mins... which feels light.
