monday/thursday weightraining (full body workout both days)
tuesday/friday cardio
or...
monday/wednesday/friday weightraining (mondays-upper body, wednesdays-lower body, fridays-full body..or you can do it tuesday/thursday/saturdays
if MWF, do cardio on tuesday/saturdays with thursday and sunday rest. if T,TH..do cardio monday, friday..and if you want to do it on wednesdays u can as well.
