body definition

Ok so my arms except the forarms have no definition in them what so ever I have been using the toning aproach (light wieghts high reps) for somtime and I don't notive any definition any sugestions I will be glad to hear.

There really is no such thing as a "toning" approach. low weight and high reps is basically building endurance in your arms and forearms. While this isn't completely useless  It's not going to make your arms look more toned.

You need to focus on bulking your arms up a little, then cutting down body fat if you want to see definition.

Yea, what he said.

"Toneness" (is that a word, lol?) is mostly a function of nutrition and body fat levels.

Lucky for you arms are the first things to show you are getting leaner or bulking. To lean out follow the basic rules. Do not attempt to do some silly bodybuilder routine when you are not enhanced by vitamin "S" and don't plan on posing with a little bikini bottom.
