ANOTHER cut/bulk question.

im sure this has been asked before, but here goes

i want a six pack (who doesnt) and i want to bulk. is this possible? i have basucally a flat stomach unflexed, and im not sure what my body fat % is, but i cant imagine is very high or very low. so if i lift heavy, and eat a ton, can i still get abs?

if not, should i cut until i get define abs, then start bulking?

Yes its possible, but you gotta really know what your doing. And with little or no experiance you dont stand much of a chance.

If you loose weight, then bulk - you'll be going round in a circle.
You lose muscle as well as fat if you try to strip off the fat without a good diet and weight training program.
So In 6 months you'll be right back where you started.

So bulk 1st, cut 2nd. That way you'll have more muscle, and therfore a faster metabolizm, so you'll loose the fat much much quicker.

I cant tell you when to bulk and when to cut, Its down to you, how you feel, how you wanna look and why your training in the 1st place.

Personaly I dont care for the whole 6pac look. When I bulk I get up to a really heavy weight, and when I cut I only go down to 12% body fat. I dont feel the need to strip off every last shread of fat, cos I know I'm only gonna put it back on when I bulk again.

As for the exercises, look at my workout in the mens journal forum.
