hey people, ive got to confess i dont have bench of any kind and i call myself a fitness freak. and lately ve been upping the intensity on my chest muscles with more push up sets. but im really keen to bulk up the chest quick and i wondered if i could do dumbell flys just lying on the floor without injuring myself. i know it sounds really silly but other then push ups i dont have another chest exercise at the moment
