supplements2

i thought i had already posted this thread but i wasnt able to find the first one so i may or may not be repeating myself, sorry if i am repeating.

ive been working out consistantly and have been seeing some results but not as much as i would like. i am looking to bulk up and would like to know of anyones experiences and results taking certain supplements? also if anyone has any knowledge on hgh. good? bad? thanx
