I know, not quite weight training, but didn't know where else to put it. Anybody here a shotputter that wants to give me some tips? I'm currently #3 for my school and I need a boost. I throw 36' with a 12 lb shot. Haven't thrown in a year, but I think I'm already improved up to 40' at least (I learned how to be more explosive while on the other hand I was pretty passive last year,) plus I've put on some muscle. BTW I'm currently using glide as that's what our couch wants us to do.
