Problems with Stomach Area

I do a circuit training (with weights) and alternate days with running outdoors 6 days a week. I have been working out for a long time, but I can't seem to get rid of my trouble spot...my stomach area. I feel like it's still "flabby". What would be the best workout and types of food to eat/avoid to target this are?

Thanks!

I try to watch what I eat...I stay away from fatty, fried foods; don't do fast food; I've limited carb intake; I eat A LOT of fruits and vegetables. A typical day might look like: whole wheat cereal and soy milk for breakfast; half a turkey sandwhich with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, no mayo, and a fruit for lunch; chicken salad without the dressing for dinner. Snacks can include yogurt with garnola, fruits, carrots. I've tried to keep track of how many calories I intake, but have been unsuccessful with that because I get so confused.

i dont know why but yogurt and low sodium soups are supposed to be good foods to eat if youre working on your abs and waistline. Advoiding too much salt all together can help. also, gum can trigger bloating in your midsection because of the sorbitol in it. Good luck!

Unless something has changed (and elighten me if it has), there are no certain foods that will have an impact on where you lose fat, in your abdomen or otherwise.

What a wonderful world it would be if we could figure out some way to target fat loss from the places we wanted to lose it from. But, that has yet to happen, regardless of what all the ab-gizmo and diet pill people want us to believe.
