Please Help Me Bulk Up!

Hello, I am 15 and about 5'5 120lbs. Im pretty small but still in shape. I was wanting to know how to bulk. The problem isnt that I dont have huge muscles it is that I am just so light. I am really not that confident with my body and I play hockey so I need some weight so I dont fly around. I want to try to get to about 130 or 135lbs or so but what is the best way? Right now I am taking whey protien also. I am not that worried about fat right now I just really need to gain some weight badly so I fill out my frame better if ya know what I mean. What foods should I eat and what are some other important things for bulking likle weight gainers from GNC or what? Are their certain foods that have high fat and protein?

Heh, i know your plight quite well... I used to be a fat sack of crap and then i started working out, and eating alot less. Now my stomach gets full after very small meals and stays full all day. A dollar burger would satisfy my hunger for a day. Now that I'm cut like you wouldn't believe im trying to get wider(did the process in reverse..) I'd say weight train, ease up on cardio, eat as much as you can including some 'crap' for calories (alot of calories in mcdonalds meals)... If you see fat being distributed unevenly in bad places, then go back to your normal eating, thats what im trying right now...
