Peaking for Tournament

Hey guys, I have a grappling tournament Nov. 3rd, about 4 weeks from now. My question is how my training should go leading up to this. I know that a focus should be placed on conditioning and volume should be lowered, other than that I'm lost. I do sprints and interval training for cardio. I have grappling class twice a week. Any help is appreciated.

Peaking is really subjective to individual recovery level. But I would ramp up the volume for the next two weeks, then teh week after, keep intensity but lower volume. Cut out weight training 5-8 days previous to the tournament. Cut out plyometrics slightly more in advance then strength training.

See how you feel and then adjust accordingly to the next competition.
