140 kg deadlift, wohoo!

ok i know we have a deadlift chart, but i felt this was a special PR :p
only about 1 month ago i pulled 125kg (275.5lbs) as my max.

Today i wanted to pull a new PR, i went confident into the gym, but still i was having a bit of second thoughs, ive recently gained alot of weight since my last pr. I did not want my coefficient to go down. and for it not to go down i would have to pull more than 135kg (197.5lbs).
At 130 i felt i had no chanse at hitting 140kg (which was what i wanted to hit) so i thought it do 135 and feel satisfied with that. 135 went went up slowly, very slowly, but i locked out. I was just about to take off the weights when i decided to go for 140 (308.6lbs), i figured if i could just convince myself i could do it, it would work, and it did. After about 3 mins psyking myself up for it, i pulled it :D

yeah, one damn long pr thread, but im really happy about it! I actually started laughing when i put 140 back on the ground :p
