Back Exercises.

Are there any good exercises for your back using only body weight? I can use the gym occasionally but still it would be nice to know some back exercises in which I wouldn't need equipment for. I also have home made weights, and soon I will have some proper weights to use - they could help me.

The back is used as a primary or secondary muscle with any pulling motion you can think of:
-deads (russian/romanian)
-pullups
- prone cobras
- superman

You might want to buy yourself a band....they're pretty inexpensive and can be used virtually anywhere. I recommend JC's bands....they are long lasting and have a guaranty if they rip

Damn you just reminded me, I do have a band. What exercises could I do with that for the back? My problem is my front I am happy with but my back I am not.
