new boxing bag HELP!!!!!

yea i have just recently bought a new punching bag and im not really sure what 2 do with it,lol well i know what 2 do with it but i think u know what i mean. I really need a workout plan cause all i really been doin is messing around with it....So if anyone know any GOOD workout plans please tell me.... THANKS :)
 
i just go at my punching bag for 45 mins staright till im on the ground completley outta breath and sweating like all hell...:cool: but what you should try is doing different punches...quick jabs, upper cuts, etc.
 
Make up your own combos and go at it, hit the bag for a few "rounds", or just hit, hit, hit, hit. Of course, you need to learn how to throw a proper punch first.
 
Maybe you should practice punching it according to rounds in boxing. (i dont watch boxing just ufc so idk how many rounds and how long.) for example, like 3 five minute rounds, with about a 30 second break in between or something like that. Obviously make itharder then that, but do whatever suites you the best.
