My chest workout

i do a benchpress, incline benchpress, chest dips, and pec dec flys for my chest workout that i do ONCE a week.

What do u think? overtraining or should i workout my chest twice a week and do less exercises?

I feel that my chest is not making much progress.
 
well im not that knowledgeable but i do my chest twice a week on monday and on thursday. i dont think your overtraining how many sets and reps do you do?
 
you should work each bodypart at least twice a week.split that into two workouts
bench/flys
incline-bench/dips
 
yeah, unless yer already hugely muscled and training hardcore for years and years, a single hardcore chest workout per week isn't the key to success.

like buzz says, hitting it twice a week with slightly less volume, and proper recovery & nutrition should get you better results.
 
I've been eating a lot more, plus I've decided to put on some fat and go have some fun while I'm at it,so I started eating chocolate cake and lots of sugarly goods.

however i decided to quit eating them jsut this weekend cuz i don think my body likes unhealthy foods cuz all i ever eat is healthy stuff. I tend to have to hit the washroom often after i eat them desserts.
