Butt Fat

There is no way to spot reduce fat.

Diet/cardio/weight training are all key factors to losing overall body fat.

Do you have the Billy Blanks Tae Bo tape? The advanced one "kicks butt." lol
If you at least do leg kick backs (SLOWLY) and contract your muscle each time you bring your leg up, they will help.
So 32 bringing your leg back, then another 32 for side lifts. (On your knees to isolate the glute muscles.)
Have you ever done squats? One legged weighted ones are the best with the other leg resting on a bench. You will see a cut in the sides of your butt in no time. It looks GREAT when you are wearing a bathing suit and you don't have fat bulging out the sides. Instead? A nice long lean sculpted muscle. Not hard to get, but most people don't have it because they don't work that muscle enough.
ISOLATE, do it SLOW, and do it every other day until you see what you want.

butt

I have JIllian michaels Dvd Shape up Front

I have Jillian Michaels Dvd shape up Backside

backside in cluds Butt, back, Abs, Hamstring, Biceps.

Front side In cluds. Abs, Thighs, shoulder, chest, hip

but the shape up backside dvd when it says also shape up butt it only tones it up it dosent get rid of fat?

Or dose it remove fat?

dont waste your money on those exercise videos
Do as ~LV~ said and work on your cardio, diet and lifting
you cant spot reduce.

Stew and LV are right.

You can work one muslce all the time and make it bigger, but you can not get rid of fat from one particular area. No matter how hard you try, it just does not work like that. Boy, would it be nice if it did though.

If the video gets your heartrate up high enough, it should help "remove fat."

I don't think all fitness vids should be dismissed offhand, some of them are the real deal, and help to show beginners a basic routine with classic exercises that do get results.

The videos aren't bad in the sense that they do get your heart rate up and are generally a decent workout. They are bad in the sense that they promote the fantasy of spot reduction by naming them the way they do and claiming to help "tone up" the butt /abs whatever.

So, it just depends on which way you are looking at it.

Butt excersies.

I Did my butt Excersies.

After I did my butt workout i started to fell pain the next day,

Should I be feeling that?

Yes that means that you worked your glutes. But remember as LV and Stew said that to acheive this fatloss you desire you must eat healthy, do cardio and lift weights. You want to increase your metabolism and lean muscle mass all over which in the end will give you the glutes you want.

You should not be feeling pain as in "Ouch! Oh my god I am in pain!!" You may feel a dull ache like "Oh man I can tell I worked out yesterday". If you feel that dull ache then it's okay.

If you're in pain then no it'snot okay.

No, that kind of pain means you did way too much in one session. It could also mean injury, but in your case I"m positive it was simply 'too much at once'.

Im Injured

Hi everyone,

I went out to go run for my morning cardio. While I was Running I sprained my ankle. I cryed like a baby!!! I was in so much pain!!!

I was so embarssed everybody was staring at me today witch to much attention.

And then the Paramedics had to lift me up!! I cant hop on one foot. I will lose my blance!

The doctor said I wont be able to work out for at least one month!!

That means Im gonna gain the pounds!! Beacuse I cant runn jump or anything!!

Jesus help Me!

if you keep eating less than you use then you will not gain weight... infact you will lose it. Diet is the MOST important aspect of weight loss/gain. Keep eating well and you will not gain pounds
