I start off with pressdowns 4 sets of 10-12 then do skull crushers 4 sets and raise the weight slowly after this I do 3-4 sets of closegrip bench with 8 reps last but not least I do dips onthe bench. I would like to know if im working each part of the tricep out ide appreciatethis if im not working eachpart out just give me and excercise to use thanks alot
