Some Feedback

alright this is my routine for the last 2 weeks



mon-full body: back, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders
tues-30 minute run..30 minute heavy bag....abs
wed-full body: back, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders
thurs- 30 minute run...30 minute heavy bag...abs
fri- full body: back, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders
sat- 30 minute run-30 minute heavy bag-abs
sun-off day


P>S> I have only done this for 3 weeks so far but havent seen the abs define yet. I dont have much fat to lose a lil around the pooch area and thats really it so I heard its harder to lose fat when u dont have a lot. HOw long should I wait


******will this help me gain some muslce along with burn fat and define Abs.....also i have a healthy 2000-2300 calorie intake*****




I know i'm not doing legs lets just talk about this for now
 
Give more detail, you didn't mention anything except body parts, where are the exercises, sets, reps, etc...?

If you ain't squattin you ain't do squat. Honestly. You need leg work in there.

Abs, and most results for that matter, are all about your diet.

no I do some plated situps and crunches on days i do the heavy bag and my cardio running...but also i feel its impossible to get rid of the pooch and i hear that doing that takes extreme dedication so i dont know
 
Again, to reiterate what everyone else on this thread has told you already: you need to work your legs, not just upper body!
