Not really to do with weight training but i think i've pulled a muscle and want to know if i have by my symtons and what is the best way to sort it out. ( i don't weight train )
yesturday i started getting middle back pain on my left hand side, lower rid cage levelish.. Doesn't hurt when i cough or breath deeply.. However when i move my land arm into the body so it runs parrell and apply pressure into the body with that arm i get a intense warm pain. Doesn't really hurt when i stretch or anything. Maybe a little at certain angles. Does hurt when i lay on it though sometimes. It's really quiet annoying and intense. Not sure whether it's a trapped nerve whatever.. Or something more seriously but i doubt it.
I woke up thismorning and felt fine for all of 5/10 minutes, the got out of bed and after a bit of movement the pain came back.
Any ideas of what it may be.. and the best way to treat it.
