Yesterday I was doing back squats and on my last rep I felt something weird as I was coming up. After I racked the weight I felt pain in my middle/left side of my back and it hurts when I twist my midsection and feels tight in general. I don't know if it hurts deadlifting yet, I dont think it will, but I'm testing it tomorrow just in case.
Basically, my question is, should I stick to front squats and leg press for leg workouts until it heals?
