UPDATE....again

here are a couple shots from tonight....carb depleted and no where close to pumped as I've been out of the gym for a week and a half. I had to take time off for work, been working 4 jobs the last 3 weeks....not easy to get gym time AND rest. So i took time off, which will also benefit my shoulder which has been acting up alot lately with all the rain we've had.

But yeah, enouh rambling, here are the pics...comment welcome as always

the original plan was to hit 190...but i'm thinking i'm gonna go in terms of BF% instead. aiming for less than 9%. then i'll bulk again...prolly hit a solid 5x5 routine or something after this cut, not completely sure yet :D

and thanks to the rest of yous.

PS... if QT Kitten calls 'em "neck muscles," then that's what they'll be....anything someone that beautiful says is good for me ;)

.....oh yeah....weight before bulking was somewhere btwn 150lbs and 165lbs....i do know that my neck was 15" then though. Now it's 18 - 18.5" (depending on how much lifting i've done lately
