Most hated exercise

Mine is definitly the quad endurance exercise where you "sit" against a wall for 2 minutes without actually sitting (kindof like a squat against a wall)

If any of you haven't done it, try it and know where i come from.

I hate V sits thats where you have your butt on the ground and hold your upper body and legs in the air. We do that for soccer and it really shreds your abs but its really tough.

My least favourite is doing my chest. I don't know why, it just is and i do abs last so most of the time i see them as annoying chore at the end of a workout.

i HATE squats .. i actually like split squats and lunges though .. maybe when my glutes get stronger i wont dread squatting

I don't really hate any exercise. I have't done a weight lifting exercise that I don't like, but I HATE Cardio! I can never finish my HIIT sessions, 5 minutes and I'm out.

Hmm. It depends for me. There are some days where I hate one thing and another because im sore. If I wasnt so active all the time, then maybe i would not always be sore. And I know it isnt from lifting because it happens even on days that I dont lift or miss lifting. Crunches are annoying though.

split squats and lunges hits the glutes like hell :S

and i hate biceps curls..

And on side note, i dont do crunches, if i did i would probobly hate them :p Crunches are overrated

i dislike working abs in general. i never feel like i'm hitting obliques right (until lately)

plus I have this passion to see my abs bulge out, and I'm not sure I have the genetics for it.
