Hey, I kinda have a problem and was hoping you could help me out. Well I'm eating healthy - 5 meals a day with fruits, veggies, and proteins and I'm also jogging at nights for about 40 min 5 days a week. I was losing a lot of weight for about the first week and that was great, but for these past two weeks nothing has happened. I think I may have even gained a pound or two
. The thing is though that I'm not doing anything different at all and I know I am eating healthy. No soda, fastfood, pizza or whatever. It's not just me either. My brother and I decided to lose weight together and he's having the same problem as me. Anyone got any ideas on what may be wrong?
