ya lol u will prolly need to gain some weight still. that guy is probably well over 200 lbs-and not fat.

cereal - vector mixed with special k mixed with sliced bananna or cut up fruits and milk
lunch
mixed salad, no dressing with some sardines, if you can't eat that stuff, low fat tuna is great also
dinner
small piece of chicken breast, vegis again with no dressing, possibly another fruit
throughout the day
drink lots of water, green tea about 3 hours before sleep cause i find it to cut cravings
if i get unbarely hungry at any time, ill eat an egg white from a boiled egg
