Can anybody share a one day meal?

anyways im gonna share my one day meal...so

breakfast

cereal - vector mixed with special k mixed with sliced bananna or cut up fruits and milk

lunch

mixed salad, no dressing with some sardines, if you can't eat that stuff, low fat tuna is great also

dinner

small piece of chicken breast, vegis again with no dressing, possibly another fruit


throughout the day

drink lots of water, green tea about 3 hours before sleep cause i find it to cut cravings

if i get unbarely hungry at any time, ill eat an egg white from a boiled egg
 
Here is 1 of my meals after I work out:
2 cups of milk mixed with a scoop of whey protein
Yogurt
Peanut butter/jelly sandwich.

thats alot of protein.

JESUS!!! What are your stats?

Your like combo of all your meals could fit like...1.5 whole meals for the day...

Thats seriously an awful diet....unless your like 5' trying to maintain weight with no working out whatsoever.
 
since im bulking, this is my post w/o meal that i eat immediatly after w/o.

2 scoops whey with 3 tbs milo 2 cups milk in blender.

a bannana

a large piece of whole grain bread with 1 heaping tbs pnutbutter with 1tbs honey on top. i usually need to wash this down with another cup of milk. after that i take 2 fishoil capsuls and drink 1 gallon of water within 3 hours to help absorb protein and rehydrate.
