a lil help pls

hello, im 17 weighing at 149lb
i had to stop working out due to abcess, now its been 3 days but ive noticed pain in my shoulder joints for some reason and i know for sure its from weight trainning because couple of months ago i stopped trainning because of this pain in shoulder joint and elbow. but soon as i start trainning again the pain seems to disappear.

i was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of it, it feels like muscle or tendon getting caught in the joint,
and everytime i go to the doctor about it they say stop working out for a while

p.s - i have no medical history.

here is my workout routine, i have to say it's very very high intensity for me so instead of writing out all the exercises ill jus write the total number of sets and reps

day 1 - chest - 15 sets - 134 reps
shoulders - 12 sets - 106 reps
day 2 - legs - 15 sets - 139 reps
back - 14 sets - 120 reps
day 3 - rest
day 4 - biceps - 13 sets - 116 reps
triceps - 11 sets - 98 reps
day 5 - repeat day 1
day 6 - rest

and so on

Personally, I think you need to get an assessment done on your body by a therapist or trainer (that knows what he/she is doing)....ya the consultation will cost you, but it will be worthwile.
I have no idea how your kinetics are, right now. First and foremost you need a strong posterior chain. It looks (from your schedule) as though you train the anterior (front) muscles harder. You need to train for stronger back muscles. It will help your shoulder girdle become strong. It will also cause better aesthetic results fro anterior muscles....nobody wants to look like a neanderthal roaming the gym.
Do more pulling exercises than pushing.

First of all I think you are doing way too many reps as swan mentioned. Not sure what your thinking is on this.

I has a similar problem with my should, I had an MRI done and I had a lot of debris around my rotator cuff and should joint. I has arthroscopic surgery to clean it out and have not had any problems since.

i got the workout routine from some video i have , they say its the most effiecient workout routine made yet, its for beginners aswell as pros

im sooo confused now i dont know if i should go with this routine or make a simpler one OR jus go back to 3 day full body workout :(
