let's say u exercised ur chest on monday, is there anything small or light and whatnot u could do during the week u could do for ur chest, like pushups? i havent attempted this, i was just wondering if it would be ok to do something like that.
ur muscles take about 48 hours to recover so u can work out ur chest more than once per week if u wish. dont know what kinda routine ur running but try to work out ur whole body. push ups do tone ur chest
This is slightly related. I have been working out again for about a month. When I initially started I had the burning muscle feeling after the workout of the pecs, now that I am back in the swing of things, I have not had this satisfactory feeling, even with increased weight and varied reps, with the same excercises. Any suggestions?
u could try different excersises or working ur muscle from different angles.
for example if u bench switch to dumbells.
do incline flat and decline.
or u could do some cable flys mix things up a bit
to the OP, if you're doing full body training like we are talking about, you should be working your ENTIRE body 3 times a week. I think we're not communicating, cuz Mindwar is talking about full body workouts at each training session...and you seem to think he just means 'work all the muscles in the body every week'.
