So im bulking

im lean but i still have a gut.
i want to get way bigger as far as muscle is concerned but i like everyone else want a ripped six pack.
im gonna bulk so i there a point in doing hiit while bulking and should i still work my abs while bulking or just wait till i get to my cutting phase.

should i bulk til iget the desired size or should i bulk for a month then cut for a month. what are ur opinions or experiences
 
It would be a good idea to get your body fat percentage. Bulk up until where you like the size and then cut. I would recommend bulking at least 15-20 Pounds.

But how do you know how much he weighs?

Depending on your stats...I would bulk for quite a while, an extended amount of time, not just one month. If your'e bulking you can't be worrying about a six pack. I would set goal as far as weight and keep going until you hit it, if you arent satisfied, keep going. From whichever point you choose..starting cutting after that.

If your'e going to be bulking I would keep the cardio at once a week at a moderate pace, between 60 and 70%, this would be to keep your heart in check and not necessarily for fat loss as you would be bulking.
