Thanks for all the advice and support guys. I started losing weight back in January when I joined these forums. All the constructive and supportive advice has really motivated and helps me too lose all the weight.

Thanks everyone. My plan going forward is to continue to cut but focus a lot on strength training as well to tighten myself up.
