New Here..2 questions

Hey I'm new here,
I'm a dancer and I have an audition on the 24th of August. I'm 22, 5'1, and 107 lbs. My weight is fine for every day life.. but i really want to tone up my abs before the auditions. Is it possible to make a noticeable difference in less than a month? If so, how?
And my other dilemna.. I do not know how to cook. So does anyone know any EASY and healthy recipes? Please share them if you do! Thanks!
 
You could lose 4-8 lbs in that time if you are diligent in your eating habits. i wouldn't recommend an extreme diet.

As for recipes, I can't help you there. My cooking is simple, meat, a rice blend, veggies, etc.
 
check out your local library for the zone meals in minutes - there is lots of stuff in there that you don't even need to cook - very handy and very fast :)

how would you say? i was told 1/2 lb to 2 lbs is healhty to lose/week?

1lb a week x 4 = 4lbs

2lbs a week x 4 = 8lbs

cynic said 4lb - 8lb within that time which is basically the same as what you were told, isn't it?
