Looking to get cut

Hey, im trying to slim down and build my biceps, tri's and abs.
Im 17 years old and im 5'8 and weigh about 147 pounds.
Unfortunatley im an idiot when it comes down to nutrition and weight lifting.:(
So i need advice. PLEASE HELP ME! :)

fasted HIIT in the morning if your a busy person

drink lots of water

cut down sugar and oily/fried foods

its good to replace snacks with something like a fruit, eggwhite, or handfull of nuts unsalted unroasted
