chest

wat r good excercises to work out your chest and for sum reason the left part of my chest looks bigger than the right any tips for that??

to build symmetry, dumbbells instead of barbells so the right side can't compensate for the left.

flat bench press. incline bench press. flyes. dips.

flat barbell bench press is the grand daddy of chest exercises. if you work your chest with good form, eventually the two should even up. if not, you can try the above mentioned (dumbbell presses) or it may just be genetics.

Dumbell flys. Use good form, keep your arms as straight as you can. Maybe try to find a machine where you can do crossovers with. Bench press isn't bad either. If you use a pec deck on a machine just do them as evenly as you can. Do all of those for your chest, if you can.

its like hippo said, as long as your form is near perfect, it should eventually work itself out. but if you find yourself favoring one side, switch to dumbell presses with a weight that your smaller side can successfully complete your sets with.

i wouldnt say flys, or any machine isolation exersices isent benificial alone without compound movements. BBbench press, DB bench press are both compound solid movements. and if you do it with perfect form it should even out. if you do DB, do your weak side first, and dont top that with your strong side. so if your weak side can do 5 reps, do only 5 reps with your strong side too.
