im 16 im 6,2 and only weigh like 135 im pretty skinny butr i eat alot im just really active i just started working out i have some big marcy machine that has a bench press and stuff built in i can only bench 70 so far in reps of 5 to 10 what should i do to gain some weight and muscle i want to get some abs as well right now u can kinda see mine but i want em nice for the ladies
