Routine

My routine consists of this:

One day - Full upper body
Next day - Full lower body
After that - Full upper


I keep doing that and i try to work out my abs everyday during a warmup along with pushups. Is this enough or should i change it to give my self more rest time? I dunno im newb at routines i just know how to work out =)

Do you take days off? Excercise selection and set/reps would give us alot more ideas on how to improve your routine if possible.
