My routine consists of this:
One day - Full upper body
Next day - Full lower body
After that - Full upper
I keep doing that and i try to work out my abs everyday during a warmup along with pushups. Is this enough or should i change it to give my self more rest time? I dunno im newb at routines i just know how to work out =)
