Things to improve

This is just a one time post to keep track of all the things that have slipped in the past few weeks. Things i need to keep an eye on. Just wanted to get them down so i can focus on them

1) no more pinapples in the cottage cheese before bed.
2) saturday, have ONE cheat meal, not 3 of them
3) no more than 2 beers when out, and never more than twice a week
4) stop snacking on peanuts so often, the calories add up
5) stop obsessing about the numbers on the scale. Just do your thing.
6) reassess the diet and make sure there arent hidden calories somewhere.
7) watch the portions, dinner should not be much bigger than all other meals.
8) when eating out, try to make the healthiest choices possible.

Gotta start working on this stuff. I want to maximize my losses and these are the things that i need to work on. Wish me luck.
